Baby Santiago, whose abduction in Belgium sparked a huge public outcry, has been found safe and sound with his parents in the Netherlands

The little boy disappeared a few days ago after being abducted by his own parents. His disappearance prompted an abduction alert in Belgium, mobilising the police and the public in the hope of finding him quickly.

The Belgian authorities, in collaboration with the Dutch police, located Santiago in Holland, where he was found in the company of his parents, without major incident and in good health.
