Renaissance came second with 14.6% of the vote, closely followed by the PS-Place Publique list with 13.83%
The Rassemblement National’s victory is confirmed. The list led by Jordan Bardella received 31.36% of the vote in the European elections, according to the final results published on Monday 10 June by the Ministry of the Interior. Renaissance came second with 14.6% of the vote, closely followed by the PS-Place Publique list with 13.83%.
France insoumise came fourth with 9.89% of the vote. The Républicains list received 7.24% of the vote, while the Écologistes obtained 5.5%. Reconquête took 5.47% of the vote.
Faced with this significant defeat for the presidential camp, Emmanuel Macron announced the dissolution of the National Assembly. The two rounds of the next legislative elections are scheduled for 30 June and 7 July. ‘I have confidence in the ability of the French people to make the fairest choice for themselves and for future generations’, said Emmanuel Macron in a message published on the social network X on Monday.
